NASHUA – Luis Cecenas, 33, of Nashua, was taken into custody on May 21 for allegedly violating a restraining order.

According to the Nashua Police Department, Cecenas was outside the victim’s home while an active restraining order was in place. Further investigation revealed that the restraining order stemmed from a previous stalking conviction.

Cecenas has been charged with stalking-notice of order, subsequent.

He was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on May 22.
