CONCORD – Robert Lemoyne, 54, of Hudson, was indicted on May 21 for allegedly producing, possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.

According to federal authorities, Lemoyne spent months communicating with several underage victims online, persuading them to create sexual material and send it to him. He also reportedly distributed CSAM to other underage victims a number of times.

He has been charged with several counts of the production of CSAM as well as CSAM distribution and possession.

Lemoyne remains in custody after appearing in federal court on May 21 and May 22.

Under federal law, if convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison.
