NASHUA – Frank McNally, 57, James Cotreau, 35, Andrew Douglas, 39, and Kevin Petropoulos, 42, all of Nashua, were taken into custody on May 26 for allegedly possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.

According to the Nashua Police Department, officers began investigating the four suspects in September 2025. Each investigation included searches as well as the seizure and forensic study of electronic devices.

McNally has been charged with seven counts of possession of child sexual abuse images.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 105 years in prison, up to 35 years of probation and up to $28,000 in fines.

Cotreau has been charged with three counts of possession of child sexual abuse images.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 45 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $12,000 in fines.

Douglas has been charged with distribution of child sexual abuse images and two counts of possession of child sexual abuse images.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 50 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Petropoulos has been charged with four counts of possession of child sexual abuse images.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 60 years in prison, up to 20 years of probation and up to $16,000 in fines.

They were all held without bail and were scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on May 27.
