NASHUA – Bryan Tibbetts, 38, of Nashua, was recently taken into custody for the alleged possession of a controlled drug (methamphetamine) and for being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon.

Tibbetts was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 14 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
