Nashua sex offender uses alias to create Facebook page

NASHUA – Kenneth Haley, 48, of Nashua, was taken into custody on May 5 after allegedly using an alias to create a Facebook page.
According to the Nashua Police Department, on Feb. 4, the Domestic Violence/Sex Offender Registration Unit reported that Haley, a tier III sex offender, had a Facebook page under the name Gregory Haley.
As a sex offender, he must disclose any online identifiers to police on a quarterly basis.
Haley has been charged with registration of online identifiers, subsequent offense.
He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on June 10.
Under state law, if convicted, Haley could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
