Nashua PD makes six drug arrests
NASHUA – During the week of April 13-17, the Nashua Police Department arrested six individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.
These individuals are as follows:
Daniel Renzi, 36, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine; alprazolam). Renzi was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 14 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
Timothy O’Mara, 60, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (crack cocaine), subsequent offense. O’Mara was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Miguel Saez, 61, was arrested and charged with transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Saez was transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections in Manchester pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $2,000.
Travis Thompson, 35, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of controlled drugs (methamphetamine and fentanyl), subsequent offense. Thompson was released on Personal Recognizance bail pending his arraignment in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
Tyrone Woods, 40, was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of controlled drugs (fentanyl; methamphetamine; buprenorphine and naloxone), subsequent offense and two counts of resisting arrest/detention. Woods was released on a $400 cash bail pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 47 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $16,000 in fines.
Devon Boundy, 33, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug – subsequent offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled drug-subsequent offense (clonazepam) and unlawful possession of a prescription drug. Boundy was released on personal recognizance pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 31 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $10,000 in fines.
