City man facing several domestic violence charges

NASHUA – Michael Feole, 36, of Nashua, was taken into custody on April 8 in connection with a domestic violence incident.
According to the Nashua Police Department, officers responded to what was initially a well-being check. They later spoke with the female victim who was “visibly shaken and injured.”
She allegedly told officers that Feole had physically assaulted and strangled her earlier in the day. Officers also learned that Feole had an out-of-town arrest warrant.
He has been charged with second degree assault; strangulation and five counts of domestic violence simple assault.
Feole was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on April 9.
Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 12 years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $14,000 in fines.
