NASHUA – The goal at Davis Funeral Home is to provide compassionate service while maintaining the highest level of care to the families of this community.

We aim to create meaningful and personalized experiences as distinct as each of the families we serve. Our funeral home provides a wide range of funeral service options such as Nashua burial services, traditional funerals, direct cremation, memorial services and more.

Davis Funeral Home is proud of its history. We are the oldest funeral home in Nashua, and the second oldest funeral home in New Hampshire. We have been a staple in Nashua since it was founded by Moses Davis in 1842. Davis Funeral Home served as the first ambulance service for Nashua, being the only means by which to transport those that were critically ill.

In 2007, Robert McIntosh, Jr., joined Davis Funeral Home. A Nashua native, McIntosh served his apprenticeship at a local Nashua funeral home and earned his associates degree from the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Science. He has worked in the Nashua area as a funeral director and as a diener, conducting autopsies with Nashua Pathology for 30 years.

In 2019, after 12 years of service at Davis Funeral Home, McIntosh purchased the funeral home from Norman Hall. He is committed to maintaining the Davis Funeral Home as an independent funeral home with traditional values and personal service that Nashua and the surrounding communities have known and trusted for more than 175 years.
