Nashua man accused of attacking daughter

NASHUA – Dustin Robinson, 40, of Nashua, was taken into custody on March 18 after allegedly hitting his young daughter.
According to the Nashua Police Department, on March 17, officers received a letter from the state Division for Children, Youth and Families stating that the girl arrived at school with bruises on her face. She reportedly said she was struck by her father, Robinson.
He has been charged with three counts of second degree assault-domestic violence.
Robinson was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on March 19.
Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 21 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $12,000 in fines.
