Nashua man sentenced on drug and firearm charges
CONCORD – Daren Innie, 55, of Nashua, was sentenced, on March 9, to up to 30 years in prison after being found guilty on drug and firearm charges.
According to Attorney General John Formella’s office, in June 2022, Innie was found with a revolver and a blackjack. However, his criminal record made it illegal for him to have a weapon. Innie was also found with 625 grams of fentanyl, 225 grams of methamphetamine and an undisclosed quantity of cocaine.
He was ultimately convicted on three counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, being an armed career criminal and being a felon in possession.
An additional sentence of up to 20 years will be suspended for 10 years after Innie’s release.
