HUDSON — T-BONES Great American Eatery opened the doors to its new location at 256 Lowell Rd. on March 4.
T-BONES hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 2. The event brought together Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), State Senate President Sharon Carson, Hudson town officials, local dignitaries, community partners and team members to formally introduce the nearly 10,000-square-foot restaurant to the community. The celebration marked not just the opening of a new building, but the continuation of T-BONES’ longstanding commitment to serving Hudson families.
The restaurant replaces the former Hudson location, which closed on Feb. 22. Designed with both comfort and energy in mind, the expanded space features a refreshed, modern atmosphere while maintaining the welcoming environment guests have come to expect. The larger footprint allows for enhanced seating, improved flow, and an elevated dining experience all while delivering the same great American cuisine and hospitality that have defined T-BONES for more than four decades.
“Opening this new location is a proud and exciting moment for our entire team,” said Chef Nicole Barreira. “We were honored to celebrate alongside Congresswoman Goodlander and our Hudson town leaders during the ribbon-cutting ceremony. This beautiful new space allows us to continue serving the community we love with the same hospitality, quality, and energy our guests expect. Working with the Town of Hudson and its leaders has been an absolute pleasure, and we are grateful to play a role in the community’s history and future.”
T-BONES invites guests to visit the new Hudson location and experience the updated space firsthand. The team looks forward to welcoming both longtime guests and first-time visitors to enjoy great food, attentive service and a vibrant new setting.
