NASHUA – The Nash Casino awarded more than $350,000 in jackpot winnings on Valentine’s Day, including what is believed to be the state’s largest progressive jackpot of $233,490 to Lowell, Mass. resident and Pai Gow player Anthony Hom.
Hom triggered the jackpot by drawing a natural seven card straight flush. Two additional jackpots, including a $71,964 progressive blackjack jackpot and an $84,950 historical horse racing machine jackpot, were also awarded on Valentine’s Day. The latter jackpot is believed to be the largest HHR machine jackpot in state history.
“There is a reason The Nash is recognized as the ‘Luckiest Casino’ in New England,” said General Manager Eric Althaus. “Triggering a single jackpot is a rare enough occurrence, let alone two, record-breaking jackpots in the same day. The Nash is proud to provide a gaming experience that delivers unforgettable moments and exciting opportunities to win.”
Since opening nearly a year ago, the casino has awarded $29 million in combined HHR machine and video lottery terminal winnings and $3 million in progressive jackpot winnings. The Valentine’s Day Pai Gow jackpot shatters the venue’s previous record-breaking progressive payout of $155,220, awarded in April 2025.
