Nashua man caught with child sexual abuse images

NASHUA – Nicholas Tsetsakis, 24, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Jan. 15 for possession of child sexual abuse images.
According to the Nashua Police Department, on July 4, 2025, he was arrested for allegedly firing a gun 11 times at a home on Worcester Street. Tsetsakis was subsequently charged with 11 counts of reckless conduct.
Detectives later executed a search warrant on Tsetsakis’ cell phone and discovered thousands of child sexual abuse images and videos.
He has been charged with seven counts of possession of child sexual abuse images and was held without bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court on Jan. 16.
Combined with the July incident, under state law, if convicted, Tsetsakis could face up to 182 years in prison, up to 90 years of probation and up to $72,000 in fines.
