NASHUA – The Nash Casino will celebrate what would have been Elvis Presley’s 91st birthday on Jan. 8 with a live performance by nationally acclaimed Elvis tribute artist Daniel Fontaine. Festivities will begin at 4 p.m. at The Electric Pheasant bar lounge with a member-exclusive birthday cake cutting ceremony taking place at 5:30 p.m.
Elvis-themed dessert specials will be offered at Woodlands Café throughout the evening, featuring dishes inspired by the King’s favorite flavors: peanut butter and banana.
“We’re all shook up about throwing a birthday bash for the King of Rock n’ Roll, with the spirit of the King himself in our midst,” said the casino’s General Manager Eric Althaus. “We are excited to welcome Mr. Fontaine to The Nash and look forward to an evening of a little less conversation and little more action.”
Performing both solo and alongside the Memphis Sun Mafia Band, Fontaine brings Presley’s look, sound and spirit to life through music and mimicry. In 2025, Fontaine was named a top five finalist at the Nashville Elvis Festival and took first place at both the Louisiana Bayou King Festival and the Empire State Tribute Festival.
