Hudson man facing domestic violence charges

NASHUA – Timothy Knight, 48, of Hudson, was taken into custody on Dec. 13 in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident.
According to the Nashua Police Department, the adult female victim told officers that Knight strangled her and punched her in the eye.
Knight has been charged with second degree assault resulting in serious bodily injury-domestic violence, second degree assault (strangulation)-domestic violence and simple assault domestic violence.
He was held without bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court on Dec. 15.
Under state law, if convicted, Knight could face up to 15 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $10,000 in fines.
