City man clocked at more than 120 mph

NASHUA – Michael Lodovice, 53, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Oct. 28 after he was allegedly clocked driving at 122 miles per hour.
According to State Police, at 9:41 p.m., Lodovice, who was driving a 2025 Mazda 3, passed Trooper Bryan Taylor at 110 mph. Lodovice was reportedly headed southbound on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.
After passing Taylor, Lodovice allegedly accelerated to 122 mph.
A short time later, Lodovice briefly stopped at the top of the exit 4 off-ramp before proceeding south on East Dunstable Road and onto Spit Brook Road, prompting Taylor to chase him.
Lodovice ultimately stopped in the parking lot of the Oak Hill Condominiums and was placed under arrest.
He has been charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, disobeying an officer and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
Lodovice was released on cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Dec. 10.
Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years of probation, up to $6,500 in fines and having his driver’s license suspended for up to 60 days.
