NASHUA – Crystal Ainslie, 32, and James Taylor, 41, both of Nashua, were taken into custody on Oct. 27 for an alleged burglary.

According to the Nashua Police Department, on Oct. 26, officers responded to St. Mary Orthodox Church, 39 Chandler St. where they found Ainslie and Taylor inside the church.

Detectives later determined that the pair had stolen money from a locked container.

Ainslie and Taylor were both held on a $500 cash bail and were scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Oct. 27.

Under state law, if convicted, they could each face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
