Fall Food and Wine Festival set for Sept. 27
NASHUA — From 6-9 p.m. on Sept. 27, food and wine lovers are invited to attend a Fall Food & Wine Festival at the Nashua Center for the Arts, 201 Main St.
The event brings together many local wineries and food vendors, who will be offering free samples for attendees, with a primary focus on wine, cheese and chocolate. These products will also be available for purchase, as will raffle tickets for a “Downtown Nashua Business Basket” filled with items donated by local small businesses.
The first hour, 6-7 pm, will be limited to 75 VIP attendees, who will enjoy a less crowded experience and extra perks. General admission ticket holders will then be welcomed from 7-9 p.m. Designated drivers have discounted tickets. All attendees must be 21 or older.
The event benefits End 68 Hours of Hunger – Nashua, a local nonprofit organization that provides food during the 68-hour weekend period between school meals that many families struggle to provide to their children.
In the coming weeks, partnerships with nearby downtown restaurants for dinner deals before or after the event are expected to be revealed. Watch for these details on the Enjoy Nashua Facebook page and the event page.
Event organizers are still accepting wine and specialty food vendors. Sign-up here or contact the organizer at tracydc.events@gmail.com for more information.
Sponsors are also still needed to reach the event’s donation goals for the nonprofit beneficiary; please contact kpalmer@nashuanh.gov to discuss opportunities. Local businesses who’d like to donate raffle basket items or sponsorship may also reach out.
Tickets are on sale now – VIP hour is $35, general admission is $25, and designated drivers are $15, plus TicketLeap service charges of $1.70. The link is https://tinyurl.com/3sfxvwp9.
This event is hosted by the Department of Economic Development and WineNot Boutique Experiences.
