Two arrested in Hudson drug investigation

HUDSON – Jacob Mitchell, 36, of Hudson, and Alissa Gutierrez, 30, of Nashua, were taken into custody on July 21 in connection with an ongoing investigation targeting drug manufacturing and distribution.
According to the Hudson Police Department, officers investigated a residence which they believed was being used for in a narcotics operation. The investigation led to the alleged discovery of crack cocaine which was being produced and distributed.
Mitchell has been charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to manufacture, possession of a controlled drug and falsifying physical evidence.
He was released on bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Aug. 21.
Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to 44 years in prison, up to 10 years of probation and up to $8,000 in fines.

Gutierrez has been charged with transportation of controlled drugs, two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to manufacture and nine counts of possession of a controlled drug.
She was held on cash bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on July 21.
Under state law, if convicted, Gutierrez could face up to 124 years in prison, up to 45 years of probation, up to $227,000 in fines and having her driver’s license suspended for up to two years.
