Hudson woman charged with DWI

HUDSON – Ingrid Sherman, 35, of Hudson, was taken into custody on June 21 for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
According to the Hudson Police Department, officers and fire personnel responded to a car crash at 321 Derry St. at approximately 1 a.m. The preliminary investigation suggests that Sherman, who was driving a Hyundai Elantra, veered off the right shoulder of Derry Street, struck a culvert and flipped the vehicle several times.
Sherman sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
After further investigation, police determined that Sherman was under the influence at the time of the crash.
She was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on July 3.
