Hudson man accused of shoplifting at Target

NASHUA – Joseph Hall, 37, of Hudson, was taken into custody on June 18 following an alleged shoplifting incident at Target.

According to the Nashua Police Department, officers responded to 600 Amherst St. and made contact with Hall. He was arrested at the scene and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. A background check also showed that he had two prior convictions.

Hall was held on a $300 cash bail pending his arraignment in Nashua District Court on June 20.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
