NASHUA – The Nash Casino recently announced the opening of the Lucky Lantern Noodle House, a 47-seat restaurant featuring steaming bowls of flavorful broths and authentically crafted noodle dishes and is open for late-night dining.

“The Lucky Lantern is our fifth and final restaurant and bar to open at The Nash,” said casino General Manager Eric Althaus. “We wanted to make sure every chopstick and bowl was just right before sharing this exciting, late-night option for visitors.”

The Lucky Lantern is open every evening from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., offering a culinary journey inspired by a radiant tradition. It will feature savory Asian cuisine prepared in front of guests by chefs in an open kitchen.

Menu items include an array of soups with spice levels ranging from mild to “Extra Fire!” such as Combination Beef Pho (with steak, brisket and meatballs) and Truffle Noodle Soup (egg noodles, crab and herbs served in a white truffle broth); bold takes on familiar entrees such as Korean Short Ribs and Kung Pao Chicken; mouth-watering appetizers like Pan Seared Pork Potstickers and several vegetarian options.
