Massachusetts woman charged in BJ’s theft

NASHUA – Brandi Osgood, 47, of Dorchester, Mass., was taken into custody on May 2 in connection with a theft incident at BJ’s Wholesale Club last September.
According to the Nashua Police Department, on Sept. 25, 2024, BJ’s employees reported that Osgood feigned a medical emergency while a male accomplice stole more than $1,501 in merchandise.
Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division continued the investigation and charged Osgood with theft by unauthorized taking.
Under state law, if convicted, she could face up to 15 years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
Osgood was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on June 3.
In October 2022, Osgood was identified as one of three suspects in a theft at Home Depot in Tewksbury, Mass.
