HUDSON – Prolman Realty, Inc. recently announced the sale of 11 Executive Dr. for $6.8 million to W.H. Bagshaw Co., Inc.

The 55,595 square-foot property consists of a front building at 37,610 square feet and a back building at 18,985 square feet situated on five acres.

“W.H. Bagshaw will be occupying the front building to manufacture precision components with CNC Equipment to the medical, aerospace, defense and high tech industries,” said Adria Bagshaw, chief validation officer and Aaron Bagshaw, chief visionary officer.
