NASHUA – The Nashua Lions Club will be hosting its second annual Strides Run/Walk for Diabetes on May 18.

The race will begin at 9 a.m. at the Stellos entrance of Mine Falls Park, 24 Stadium Dr.

Participants must register online at https://www.runreg.com/nashua-lions-club-making-strides-against-diabetes. The registration deadline is May 17 at 3 p.m.

The entry fee ranges from $20 to $30. All proceeds will be donated to Camp Carefree, a camp run by the American Diabetes Association and hosted for a week in the summer at Camp Pride in New Durham. The camp is for children with diabetes and allows them to learn life skills and other ways to manage their diabetes.
