Hudson man arrested for allegedly violating protective order

NASHUA – David Vasquez-Larkin, 38, of Hudson, was taken into custody on April 18 in connection with the alleged violation of a protective order that was filed against him at the end of 2023.

According to the Nashua Police Department, on Dec. 5, 2023, Vasquez-Larkin’s female victim notified officers that he had violated the protective order that she had against him.

The investigation was continued by the Domestic Violence Unit of the Special Investigations Division, which reportedly confirmed the victim’s claim. While reviewing Vasquez-Larkin’s criminal record, police learned that he was previously convicted of stalking and domestic violence. As a result, he was also charged with stalking, domestic violence, order and subsequent offense.

Under state law, if convicted, he could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years of probation and up to $6,000 in fines.

Vasquez-Larkin was held on preventative detention and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on April 21.
