Police make five drug arrests in seven days

NASHUA – During a seven-day period ending on Feb. 20, the Nashua Police Department arrested five individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.

Those individuals are as follows:

Angelique Mclintock, 24, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug. Mclintock was released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Mclintock could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years probation and a fine of up to $4,000.

Richard Royea, 43, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug; subsequent offense. Royea was released on personal recognizance pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Royea could face up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $4,000.

Windfredo Santos, 27, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute. Santos was released on a cash bail pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Santos could face up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $4,000.

Brittani Kean, 33, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled drugs and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Kean was released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Kean could face up to eight years in prison, up to five years probation, having her driver’s license suspended for up to two years and up to $6,000 in fines.

Tina Chase, 49, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug. Chase was released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Chase could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
