Police arrest second suspect in Nashua Foundries burglary

NASHUA – Daniel Pacetti, 30, of Nashua, was recently taken into custody in connection with the alleged burglary at the Nashua Foundries last November.
According to the Nashua Police Department, officers responded to 5 Foundry St. on Nov. 17, 2024 for a burglary-in-progress involving three suspects.
Upon arriving at the scene, police allegedly found a vending machine which was damaged with burn and pry marks. The machine’s money container was also damaged and money was found on the floor.
A short time later, officers located Brandon Marsocci of Nashua and placed him under arrest.
Pacetti was arrested on Jan. 30 and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and being an accomplice to arson resulting in a loss of more than $1,000.
The third suspect is still at large.
Pacatti was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on March 18.
Under state law, if convicted, Pacetti could face up to 14 years in prison, up to 10 years probation and up to $8,000 in fines.
