The Nash Casino announces plans for Lucky Lantern Noodle House
NASHUA – The Nash Casino recently announced plans for a third interior restaurant concept, the Lucky Lantern Noodle House, “where fortune flavors the bowl.”
The 47-seat restaurant will feature steaming bowls of flavorful broths and authentically crafted noodle dishes, open for late-night dining.
“We’re thrilled to showcase our three main restaurants, each offering its own unique character and each with their own promise to delight the senses,” said casino General Manager Eric Althaus. “Whether your preference is ramen, udon or pho, The Lucky Lantern will be here to satisfy your craving for endless noodles.”
The Lucky Lantern offers a culinary journey inspired by a radiant tradition. It will feature eclectic Asian cuisine prepared in front of guests by chefs in an open kitchen and will be open most evenings until midnight or until 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
The Nash will feature three restaurants, including the previously announced Woodlands Café, a 101-seat full-service three meal café and a 137-seat fine dining restaurant, Proper Chophouse & Cocktails.
Currently under construction at the former Sears building at the Pheasant Lane Mall, The Nash is hiring to fill more than 600 jobs, including kitchen and bar staff, security officers, gaming technicians, dealers, cage cashiers and marketing positions.
Anyone interested in applying to work at The Nash is invited to attend a career fair on Feb. 1 at the Courtyard by Marriott’s Event Center, 2200 Southwood Dr. The career fair will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is open to all general applicants.
Potential applicants who are unable to attend the career fair are encouraged to visit The Nash Casino Information Center at the Pheasant Lane Mall, lower level, near Target or online at www.thenashcasino.com/careers.
