Hudson man charged with sexual assault of young girl in Mine Falls Park

NASHUA – Aleisandro Garcia, 22, of Hudson, was taken into custody in Jan. 7 on an arrest warrant for aggravated felonious sexual assault.
According to the Nashua Police Department, the warrant stems from an incident on Sept. 14, 2024 in which Garcia allegedly met up with an 11-year-old girl in Mine Falls Park. During the interaction, he reportedly “committed numerous sexual acts with the female victim.”
Police were made aware of the incident the following day. The Special Investigations Division furthered the investigation and obtained a warrant for Garcia’s arrest.
Garcia is charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of felonious sexual assault and gross lewdness in the presence of a child.
Garcia was held without bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Jan. 8.
Under state law, if convicted, Garcia could face up to 61 years in prison, up to 15 years of probation and up to $12,000 in fines.
