Fortin Gage Flowers launches Flowers for Good initiative
NASHUA – Fortin Gage Flowers recently announced the launch of a new initiative for 2025, aimed at supporting local nonprofits through the beauty and power of flowers.
Each month, the floral shop will partner with a different nonprofit organization, creating a unique arrangement inspired by the mission of the selected partner. Proceeds from the sale of these exclusive arrangements will directly benefit the featured nonprofit, fostering community engagement, connection and support.
For the month of January, Fortin Gage Flowers is honored to partner with Bridges: Domestic & Sexual Violence Support. Established in 1977, Bridges is a nonprofit agency dedicated to helping victims and survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Their mission is to cultivate communities free from violence while supporting victims and survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and stalking.
The exclusive arrangement for January, titled “Flowers for Change,” features a harmonious blend of purple hydrangea and purple veronica in a white vase, symbolizing purity, hope and courage–reflecting the resilience of those affected by domestic and sexual violence. Each purchase of the “Flowers for Change” arrangement will contribute to Bridges’ ongoing efforts to provide crisis intervention, support groups, court advocacy, housing assistance and education and prevention programs.
“We are honored to partner with Bridges this month,” said Amber Morgan, owner of Fortin Gage Flowers. “Through this collaboration, we aim to raise awareness about the critical services Bridges provides and offer our customers an opportunity to support their vital work in our community. Together we can brighten not just our homes, but the world.”
Fortin Gage Flowers is located at 86 West Pearl St. and online at fortingage.com.
