Nashua man charged with criminal threatening

NASHUA – Shawn Price, 48, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Oct. 14 on a felony warrant for criminal threatening.

According to the Nashua Police Department, Price’s male victim came into the department on Sept. 27 and reported that Price, while driving in downtown Nashua, had pointed a gun at him. He was able to provide police with information about Price’s vehicle. The victim’s identity has not been released.

State Police later located Price on the F.E. Everett Turnpike. The firearm was also found in the vehicle.

He was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court on Nov. 13.

Under state law, if convicted, Price could face up to seven years in prison, up to five years of probation and a fine of up to $4,000.
