NASHUA – The Nashua Regional Planning Commission will be holding a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Oct. 5.

The collection will be held from 8 a.m. to noon at the Nashua Public Works Garage, 9 Stadium Dr.

The collection is also open to residents from Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Pelham and Windham. Businesses must call the NRPC at 603-417-6570 to register.

The cost is $15 fee per vehicle for up to 10 gallons of liquids or 20 pounds of solids. No Latex/Acrylic Paint, Electronics or Medications. Cash or checks are accepted. Carpooling with neighbors encouraged.
