PELHAM – The Pelham Police Department will be hosting a free Rape Aggression Defense class for women next month.

The class is designed to empower women through self-defense, risk awareness and risk avoidance. RAD is a three-night course and will be held on October 15, 17 and 21. Classes will be held at the Pelham Police Department, 14 Village Green and will begin at 6 p.m. and end at approximately 10 p.m.

Participants must attend all three classes to receive a participation certificate.
