NASHUA – Gate City Casino recently announced that it will be hosting a qualifying event for seats in the $250,000 Guaranteed Summer Deep Stack Great American Poker Tournament, which will be held from July 24-29 in Daytona Beach, Fla.

The qualifying tournament will be held at Gate City Casino, 55 Northeastern Blvd. on June 23 at 10 a.m. The entry fee is $300. The top four players will receive a $500 seat in the Summer Deep Stack Great American Poker Tournament as well as qualifier tournament winnings.

The Florida tournament is poised to be the largest collaborative effort within Delaware North’s Gaming division, featuring qualifiers from Gate City Casino, Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in Cross Lanes, W. Va. and Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, also in Wheeling, W. Va.
