CONCORD – Dwayne Frechette, 60, could face up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty on May 31 to possessing and accessing with the intent to view child sexual abuse material.

Law enforcement officials identified Frechette during an undercover investigation utilizing a “peer-to-peer network to exchange CSAM.” During that time, investigators discovered a Nashua-based IP address where CSAM images were available for downloading.

Further investigation connected the IP address to a restaurant where Frechette was a delivery driver. The name of the restaurant was not released. During their search, investigators confiscated Frechette’s cell phone, which held “hundreds of cached images of CSAM.”

In addition to a possible 20-year prison sentence, Frechette will face at least five years of supervised release, a $250,000 fine and mandatory restitution.

Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 23.
