By Staff | Apr 7, 2024

NASHUA – The United Way of Greater Boston will be hosting its next Coffee and Causes talk for older adults on May 3 at St. Joseph Hospital, 172 Kinsley St. in Nashua.

The discussion will focus on the future of elder care in New Hampshire.

As America’s older adult population continues to grow, it’s crucial that we ensure our infrastructure can support their diverse needs. In many parts of the country, including New Hampshire, current systems are falling short. Discover how the state Commission on Aging, alongside other supporting organizations, is crafting a Multisector Plan for Aging tailored to our state’s unique characteristics.

Representatives from St. Joseph Hospital will shed light on their Behavioral Health Unit, covering topics such as referral processes, intake procedures, staffing and length of stay.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be part of the solution. Mark your calendars and join us for this informative event.
