Nashua woman charged with firearm felony
NASHUA – Jenitza Parrilla, 37, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Dec. 11 after she was allegedly observed waving a firearm in the air and threatening another person.
According to police, officers responded at 2:17 p.m. to the disturbance at 162 Ledge St. — located directly across from Ledge Street Elementary School. However, police did not indicate that the school was ever in any danger.
Parrilla and the other person, whose identity has not been released, allegedly knew each other.
Police quickly found Parrilla and placed her under arrest, charging her with felony criminal threatening with a firearm. She was later released on a $300 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Jan. 11, 2024.
Under state law, if convicted, Parrilla could face up to seven years in prison.
