Nearly a dozen arrests made in connection with Denny’s shooting

NASHUA – Eleven suspects have been charged for their alleged involvement in the shooting that occurred in the Denny’s parking lot on Gusabel Avenue in the predawn hours of Oct. 29.

As Nashua Police detectives continued their investigation, they identified 11 individuals who were reportedly connected to the shooting that injured two victims.

According to police, the following individuals have been apprehended:

Edward Solanoreyes, 30, of South Burlington, Vt., was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with first degree assault, criminal threatening with a firearm, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and riot. Solanoreyes is being held in Vermont pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Under state law, if convicted, Solanoreyes could face up to 36 years in prison and up to $8,000 in fines.

Rony Guzman-Encarnacion, 28, of Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with riot, being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon, falsifying physical evidence and resisting detention. He was arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Dec. 1 and is being held on preventative detention. Under state law, if convicted, Guzman-Encarnacion could face up to 55 years in prison and a fine of up to $25,000.

Yesther Pascual, 22, of Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with riot and theft by unauthorized taking. He was arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Dec. 1 and is being held on preventative detention. Under state law, if convicted, Pascual could face up to seven years in prison and a fine of up to $1,200.

The following suspects all face riot charges and could be sentenced to up to seven years in prison:

David Del Villar Gonzalez, 33, of Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 30. He was arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Dec. 1 and is being held on $5,000 cash bail.

Robin Guzman-Encarnacion, 33, of Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 30. He was released on $5,000 cash bail pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Jan. 4, 2024.

Adonis Garcia, 31, of South Burlington, Vt., turned himself into Nashua Police on Dec. 7. Garcia was released on $5,000 cash bail pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Jan. 4, 2024.

Bryan Guzman, 21, of Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 30. He was released on $5,000 cash bail pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Jan. 4, 2024.

Felix Guzman-Nunez, 31, of Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 30. He was arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Dec. 1 and is being held on $5,000 cash bail.

Miguel Ortiz, 29, of Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 30. He was arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Dec. 1 and is being held on $5,000 cash bail.

Jose Almanzar, 28, Nashua, was arrested on Nov. 30. He was released on $5,000 cash bail pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Jan. 4, 2024.

Joel Sanchez, 34, of Waldorf, Md., was arrested on Dec. 1. He was released on $5,000 cash bail pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Jan. 4, 2024.
