NASHUA – The Salute Our Soldiers Gala, an annual gathering presented by Veterans Count’s Nashua Chapter in support of the local military community, is back for a 12th year. The event will once again be held at Sky Meadow Country Club, 6 Mountain Laurels Dr. on Nov. 4 at 5 p.m.

Registration for the gala is required by Oct. 27. Single tickets, which include dinner and live entertainment, are $200 per person. Tables of 10 can also be reserved for $2,000, and sponsorships to the event are also available.

Attendees will enjoy a gourmet surf and turf dinner, a cocktail reception, a keynote speech from veteran Timothy McLaughlin and live entertainment from the Scott Spradling Band. All proceeds benefit Veterans Count, a program of Easter Seals New Hampshire, Vermont and Farnum that provides service members, veterans, and their families access to critical and timely clinical and social services and financial assistance when no other resources are available.

Last year’s gala marked a return to an in-person format following two years of virtual events, raising more than $160,000 for direct assistance to veterans and family members statewide.

Veterans Count provides emergency financial assistance for food, utilities, housing, transportation, fuel and vehicle repair. The program also directly addresses issues affecting the military community, including suicide risk and mental health, unemployment, homelessness and substance use. All proceeds from the Salute Our Soldiers Gala will benefit this work.
