NASHUA – Just ahead of football season, a retail DraftKings Sportsbook recently opened at the newly rebranded Gate City Casino, formerly Boston Billiard Club & Casino. State Sen. Kevin Avard (R-District 12) and State Sen. Cindy Rosenwald, (D-District 13), were on hand and placed opposing $2 under/over bets on the New England Patriots’ final preseason game.
The retail DraftKings Sportsbook, the fourth brick-and-mortar sportsbook to open in the state, features 12 self-service sports betting kiosks and an over-the-counter window for patrons to place wagers. The space also includes multiple television screens to watch sporting events with food and beverage service only a few steps away at Gate City Casino’s restaurant and sports bar.
