Police searching for Nashua resident Matthew Jordan in connection with Manchester stabbing
MANCHESTER – Police are currently searching for Matthew Jordan, a Nashua resident with a last known address of 22 1/2 Granite St., in connection with the Monday afternoon stabbing that sent a Manchester man to the hospital with serious injuries.
Jordan, 34, is 5 feet, 11 inches, weighs about 155 pounds and has blue eyes and blonde hair, Lt. Brian O’Keefe said Tuesday morning.
Anyone who spots Jordan, or has information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to contact the Manchester department at 668-8711 or call its Crimeline at 624-4040. O’Keefe said information that leads to Jordan’s arrest may be subject to a reward.
The victim, also 34, was stabbed at 356 Lake Ave around 4 p.m. Monday, O’Keefe said. He sustained several stab wounds to the torso and back, injuries that are considered serious but aren’t life-threatening, he added.
A 34-year-old woman who was present sustained a superficial wound.
