By Dean Shalhoup - Senior Staff Writer | Mar 23, 2018

NASHUA – David Dietle, a 41-year-old man whose address indicates he is an inmate of the High Desert State Prison in the tiny southwestern Nevada town of Indian Springs, is among the men and women indicted this week by the March term of the grand jury for Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

The three charges on which Dietle was indicted include two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, classified as special felonies, and one count of felonious sexual assault – victim under age 13, a Class B felony, according to the documents

An indictment is not an indication, or proof of, guilt, but represents the Grand Jury’s determination that enough evidence exists for prosecutors to move the case forward in Superior Court.

The allegations against Dietle go back roughly a decade, and accuse him of engaging in sexual acts with a female relative on two occasions between Dec. 1, 2007 and Jan. 31, 2008, when the girl was two years old.
