Hudson police nab Lowell woman, Milford man on drug charges

HUDSON – Police on Tuesday charged a 43-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man with drug-related offenses after taking them into custody following an investigation by the department’s Narcotics Unit.
Kimberly Lamarche, of Lowell, Massachusetts, faces one count each of possession of a controlled drug, a Class B felony, and possessing or dealing in prescription drugs, a Class A misdemeanor, police said.
Donald Gagne, of Milford, faces one count of acts prohibited – controlled drug act, a Class B felony, police said.
Lamarche and Gagne were booked on the charges and later released on $200 cash bail each. Police said they will be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in Nashua at a date and time to be determined.
