Some years ago, Don LaRoche, a member of this team, sent us this photo of the Ward 4-5 baseball team, one of several that played in the city's Ward League in the post World War II years. This photo was taken between 1952-54, according to Don. He was able to identify the players as well, although some by last name only. In front are Romeo Paradis, left, and Nick Mandravelis.
