St. Joseph Hospital names new exec

TEWKSBURY, Mass. – St. Joseph Hospital, a member of Covenant Health, recently announced the addition of Kevin Flynn as vice president of mission integration, to its leadership team. In this meaningful role, Flynn will work closely with the board, senior team and clinical staff to thoughtfully oversee the hospital’s mission is implemented across all its initiatives.

“I’m genuinely delighted to welcome Kevin to St. Joe’s mission integration team,” said Reynold Spandoni, senior vice president of mission integration and interim president of St. Joseph Hospital. “He has extensive experience in health care management and will be an integral part of executing our mission by participating in ethical consultations with clinical teams, coordinating the local ministerial identity assessment program and assisting in evaluating, as well as measuring, the community’s health needs.”

Prior to joining Covenant Health, Flynn was a clinical administrator at Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia. He holds a master’s in theology from the University of Notre Dame and a Doctorate in Medical Humanities from Drew University. Additionally, Flynn is a member of the National Catholic Bioethics Center and American Society of Bioethics and Humanities.
