Police look to ID shooting suspect

By Staff | Jun 27, 2016

No injuries or property damage resulted, but police want to speak with an as-yet-unidentified man in connection with reports of gunshots being fired a week ago in downtown Nashua.

Police, describing the probe as "a reckless conduct investigation," said officers were called to the area of Factory and Mechanic streets on Sunday, June 19, by individuals who believed shots had been fired.

Members of the department’s Criminal Investigation Division picked up the investigation, police said, and developed information leading them to believe that a white male with dark hair, wearing a blue shirt, jeans and a blue hat with a white logo, may have been involved. The man was last seen leaving the area in a dark-colored pickup truck.

Anyone with information on the suspect or incident is urged to contact police at 594-3500 or call the Crime Line at 589-1665.
