Patents go to NH inventors

The following federal patents were assigned to companies in New Hampshire from May 26 to June 2.

DEKA

DEKA Products, Manchester, has been assigned an ornamental design patent (D757,272) developed by two co-
inventors for an ornamental design for a “display screen with vertically centered text lines.” The co-inventors are Gregory L. Distler, Huntsville, Ala., and David E. Collins, Groveland, Mass. The patent application was filed on June 5, 2014 (D/493,103).

DEKA Products, Manchester, has been assigned a patent (9,345,826) developed by three co-inventors for “recirculating fluid filtration system.” The co-inventors are Rodney S. Kenley, Libertyville, Ill.; Ryan K. LaRocque, Pepperell, Mass.; and Andrew A. Schnellinger, Merrimack. The patent application was filed on Sept. 14, 2012 (13/619,010).

Marmon Utility

Marmon Utility, Milford, has been assigned a patent (9,350,145) developed by six co-inventors for “roll-by spacer and trolley system for use with a wire and methods thereof.” The co-inventors are Leonard P. Jean, Melbourne, Fla., Brian Boisclair, Goffstown; Jared Argyle, Amherst; Bob Biddle, Amherst; Edward Laughlin, Lowell, Mass.; and Javier Philbrick, Nashua. BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Nashua, has been assigned a patent (9,350,106) developed by four co-inventors for a “stacking connector for military applications.” The co-inventors are Michael J. Choiniere, Merrimack; Mark P. Devins, Nashua; David A. Richards, Merrimack; and Kevin D. Galli, Newton, Mass. The patent application was filed on Oct. 3, 2013 (14/045,073).

Texas Instruments

Texas Instruments, Dallas, has been assigned a patent (9,348,345) developed by two co-inventors for a “fixed frequency DC to DC converter control circuit with improved load transient response.” The co-inventors are Brian Thomas Lynch, Brookline, and Neeraj Keskar, Merrimack. The patent application was filed on July 22, 2013 (13/947,140).

Texas Instruments, Dallas, has been assigned a patent (9,350,249) developed by Richard L. Valley, Nashua, for “flyback power supply regulation apparatus and methods.” The patent application was filed on Nov. 20, 2012 (13/681,699).

Graham Packaging

Graham Packaging, York, Pa., has been assigned a patent (9,346,212) developed by four co-inventors for a “deep grip mechanism within blow mold hanger and related methods and bottles.” The co-inventors are Stephen R.
