Barbara Woods, of Milford, will lead a communication skills workshops from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Wadleigh Memorial Library in Milford. The model she will present can be practiced in families, intimate relationships, organizations, classrooms – just about anywhere people gather. Those who practice this model in their everyday lives report that they are able to listen to others more carefully and speak in ways that they are more likely to be heard; all within a context of consideration and respect for self and others.
