MERRIMACK – Police recently arrested Eve Ferrara, Paul Repp and Tasha Dion on various and unrelated charges.

Ferrara, 50, of Merrimack, faces charges of OUIL-DWI Liquor. At 10:43 p.m. Friday, police were called to the Rapid Refill gas station on Peachtree Lane for the report of an intoxicated driver. While police were on the way, the caller provided dispatch with the plate number of the vehicle and advised that it had left the gas station heading toward Daniel Webster Highway. The plate given came back to a vehicle registered to Ferrara.

Officers arrived at 89 E. Ridge Road and located the vehicle and driver, identified as Ferrara. While speaking with Ferrara, officers observed possible signs of impairment due to the consumption of alcohol. After further investigation, Ferrara was deemed to be driving while intoxicated and was placed under arrest.

Ferrara was processed on the charges and released on personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled to appear before the Ninth Circuit Court, Merrimack Division, on Jan. 16 to answer to the charges.

Repp, 38, of Merrimack, also faces a charge of OUIL. At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, an officer observed a vehicle traveling on Daniel Webster Highway at varying speeds and appeared to have lane control issues. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and the driver was identified as Repp. While speaking with Repp, he showed possible signs of impairment. After a brief investigation, Repp was arrested for OUIL.

Repp was processed at the Merrimack Police Department and released on personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear in the Ninth Circuit, Merrimack District Court, on Jan 16 to answer to the charge.

Dion, 32, of Laconia, faces a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. On Thursday, Merrimack officers went to Laconia to retrieve Dion on a Merrimack warrant.

The warrant stems from an investigation that started Nov. 18, in which Merrimack police responded to a local business for the report of a theft. The complainant advised she had left her cell phone on one of the tables in the establishment and when she came back it was gone. Once the investigation was complete, officers identified Dion as a suspect in the theft. The above arrest warrant was then drafted and granted by the Ninth Circuit Court, Merrimack Division.

Dion was brought back to the Merrimack Police Department for processing where she was given a court date of Jan. 9 at the Ninth Circuit Court in Merrimack. Dion was later released on personal recognizance bail.
